inspectors to ensure our work is done right. Each major
phase of the project requires an in-house inspection with
the homeowner before moving to the next phase so that you
know it's done right the first time. We have a written policies
and procedures manual that is 6.5 inches thick and weighs
about 3 pounds. If key structural components are involved,
we hire independent engineers to inspect our work to ensure
structural soundness and function.

It's a big
investment. Don't
accept anything
less. Our in-house design team will spend an average of 12 hours
creating a design and plan which clearly defines the scope and the
cost of your project before you sign a contract.

budget: Your
project will be completed within your approved budget, even if we
don't get it done within ours. Our sophisticated, 88 step computerized
estimating process is so detailed and accurate that less than 2.3%
of our revenue comes from change orders. (The industry average is
20%.) You won't pay for our mistakes.
On
time: The result
of remodeling should be a lasting dream…not a nightmare that
never ends. Since over 70% of our work comes from referrals from
satisfied customers we can't afford to be irresponsible, or to have
dissatisfied customers. We avoid inconvenient delays by keeping
a full time scheduler on staff. Schedule changes are inevitable,
but when they do occur it's our policy to notify you in advance
so disruptions to your schedule are minimized.
