Description: A
CSS script that changes the appearance of links in a document upon
mouse over. Moving the
mouse over some links causes them to change color.

The below is a link effect "wizard" that will allow you to easily
sample and generate a variety of link effects according to your criteria.
Simply pick the effects you want, click "done", and the effect will
instantly be applied to all links on this page. When you've found one
you'd like to use, click "I want this code", and copy the generated code
